Meet Alma

Alma is a fitness and life coach with a distinctive combination of skills: hands-on expertise in strength training and exercise programming, applied knowledge of dieting and nutrition, and a genuine depth of understanding in mental health and mindset work.

Where most trainers stop at sets and reps, and most life coaches never touch programming or macros, Alma works across all three — because in practice, they're inseparable. Clients don't just receive a workout PDF or a meal plan; they receive a coach who helps them understand why they keep quitting, how to rebuild self-trust, and how to translate that mindset work into the gym and the kitchen.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed medical, dietetic, or mental health treatment. If your needs go beyond coaching's scope — for example clinical anxiety, depression, disordered eating, or a condition requiring medical nutrition therapy — you'll be referred to a licensed professional from Alma's referral network.

No. Programs are scaled to whatever you have available — full gym access, a home setup, or minimal equipment — and to your experience level and schedule.

One coach delivers workout programming, nutrition planning, and mindset coaching in a single relationship, so you're not juggling three vendors who don't talk to each other. It's a real 1:1 human relationship, not just an app or a template library.

After your onboarding assessment, your custom workout and nutrition plan is delivered through the coaching platform within 5–7 business days.

Monthly coaching tiers are month-to-month with a 14-day cancellation notice. The 12-Week Total Transformation is non-refundable once your plan has been delivered, but it is transferable in defined hardship cases.

All clients complete an intake that screens for conditions requiring medical clearance, and sign an informed consent and liability waiver before starting. When something is outside coaching's scope, you'll be referred to an appropriate licensed professional.
